Bio

Comedian, podcaster, actor — in that order, most days

Dwayne Perkins is a stand-up comedian whose observational, big-hearted sets have landed him on Conan, in his own Netflix special Take Note, and on stages from Los Angeles comedy clubs to college campuses across the country.

He hosts the Off the Top podcast and co-hosts Movie Night on the All Things Comedy network. His writing — funny editorials, short inspirational stories and technology essays — is collected in the book Hot Chocolate for the Mind, and two comedy albums, Dwayne Perkins to the Rescue and She Ate My Haircut, are out now.

On camera he has appeared in sketches, short films and the web series At Your Convenience. For theatrical bookings contact DSA Comedy; for college shows, Sophie K Entertainment.
